Micron's chip fab in Clay will be enormous--the largest such facility in the United States. How will it impact traffic? Public transit? Housing availability? Housing costs? 


Will the promise of economic revitalization come to fruition for all sectors of society in Central New York--or just for the relatively advantaged? 


How can we hold public officials accountable for public funds used to subsidize Micron's transportation needs--to ensure that taxpayer investments serve us all?
